About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines that enable cross-SYSCOM data sharing and interoperability
  • Collaborate with data owners and system engineers to ensure data governance, security, and compliance with DoD standards
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Enable real-time or near–real-time metrics visibility for program execution, technology maturation, and funding alignment
  • Analyze transition status, risks, timelines, and return-on-investment metrics to support decision-making across NAVAIR portfolios
  • Develop predictive or exploratory models to support forecasting, portfolio alignment, and strategic planning efforts
  • Research and assess new analytical approaches and tools relevant to Navy R&D and acquisition environments
  • Prepare technical documentation, briefings, and executive-level summaries to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Acquisition is preferred plus 3 years of experience
  • Experience supporting government acquisition related tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint)
  • Basic data management and tracking skills
  • Ability to work effectively under supervision and follow established procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
