About the role

  • Further development of project management
  • Close collaboration and coordination with the hospital's core departments (medicine, nursing, therapy, administration)
  • Planning and management of all cross-departmental projects in cooperation with the departments

Requirements

  • Completed training as a registered nurse and/or a degree in health sciences, nursing science, process management, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in leading/managing projects
  • Experience in implementing digitalization projects
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with people
  • High affinity for interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Solution-oriented, structured and independent working style
