Manage a growing team of project managers.
Develop good working relationships with our customers during the project execution phase.
Participate in pre-bid review meetings.
Proactively seek or develop innovative solutions to lead the Evalan team in overcoming challenges.
Provide input to stakeholders on selecting tools to monitor, configure and maintain our systems.
Provide input to stakeholders on developing automation solutions for the installation, upgrade and testing of our systems.
Schedule, track and maintain multiple projects over varying schedules serving a wide variety of customers.
Manage the financial performance of the projects against agreed budgets.
Manage the alignment with contractors, sub-contractors and other suppliers.
Manage material resources and vendors.
Analyze plans, schedules, contract specifications and codes to determine project requirements.
Manage the hand-over and completion of all project close-out documentation.
Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of promised solutions to clients.

Requirements

About 10 years’ project management experience.
Experience with managing a team of professionals.
Ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner, both verbally and in written communications.
Ability to manage relationships proactively and effectively with clients.
Ability to maintain clear focus on the project scope and delivery commitments.
Ability to handle high-level project decisions.
Ability to perform as a responsive, flexible team player.
Experience with professionally structured project life-cycle processes, including project initiation documentation and accountability handovers between functional areas.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of the Dutch language is a plus.
Functional knowledge of IT/IoT systems is a plus.
