About the role

  • Planning, implementing and evaluating educational, pedagogical and daily-living interventions
  • Supporting and coordinating health care measures
  • Maintaining pedagogical documentation
  • Delivering skills training and organizing recreational activities
  • Cooperating with the judiciary; attending custody reviews and court hearings; participating in care planning procedures
  • Preparing reports and written statements for youth welfare authorities and courts

Requirements

  • Completed qualification as a state-recognized Social Worker / Social Pedagogue / Special Education Teacher (m/f/d)
  • Experience in residential child and youth care is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Hold a Class B driving license
  • An up-to-date enhanced criminal record check (no older than 3 months)
  • Proof of measles vaccination (in accordance with the Measles Protection Act)
