About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and execute all functional and non-functional test activities, with high-level oversight and reporting
Set up and maintain Quality Management processes and ensure adherence to high-quality standards
Maintain quality management documentation and information
Participate in requirements analysis and devise effective test strategies
Validate Test Summary Reports and testing evidence, provide expert comments, and accept or reject deliverables
Define and plan the end-user testing strategy
Organize stakeholder support for quality assurance matters
Integrate into the company's Development team and cooperate closely with a major client's IT team

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in IT combined with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience managing large-scale testing projects
Relevant experience using Test Management tools
Excellent knowledge of the testing lifecycle and test automation and management tools
Excellent knowledge of testing standards and methodologies
Good project and contract management knowledge
Ability to chair meetings, give presentations, and apply high-quality standards
Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies
Capacity for writing documents
Excellent command of English
