About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate project operations.
Train the client’s nodal users on the delivered e-Government software solution.
Deliver train-the-trainer training.
Quality assurance on the Armenian or Russian versions of deliverable documents.
Report to our Contract Manager regarding the project’s progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree, preferably in Computer Science or engineering.
At least 7 years of professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Team Leader in the implementation of IT systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent command of the Armenia and Russian language (preferably, native speaker).
Excellent command of the English language.
Experience in the development or deployment of big IT projects and e-Government solutions.
