About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in business analysis and collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the development team
- Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead workshops and facilitate decision-making processes
- Perform software testing, deliver user training, handle 3rd-level support requests, and maintain documentation
- Take part in project management and reporting activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific field, or Economics
- Motivated, analytical, communicative, and result-oriented
- Experience in requirements engineering, software testing, support and/or software development
- Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset
- Fluency in German (C1+).
