About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expert advice on defining policies and strategies for content, records, archives and information management, including capture, selection, retention and digital preservation;
- Identify requirements for content, records, archives and information management systems and draw up functional and/or technical specifications;
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of metadata standards for content and records management, including archival description;
- Coordination with the project teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 3 years;
- Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web contents and user documentation related to information systems;
- Excellent knowledge of wiki and collaborative sites;
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
- Knowledge of SQL and automation tools;
- Familiarity with eProcurement and financial systems used in public administrations;
- Excellent command of the English language.
