About the role

  • Manage the design, development and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components, as per user-defined requirements;
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables;
  • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan;
  • Work in close relationship with the programme /project manager to allocate the best possible IT staff to the required roles, to ensure smooth execution of all activities;
  • Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience;
  • Ensure that the security policies and ITSM or project processes, aligned with the Client’s processes, are followed by its team.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in IT;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consultative Project management in the IT software development and quality related areas;
  • Minimum 8 year of experience with a project management methodology (e.g. PM2, PRINCE2, PMP);
  • Experience with consultative Project management in the IT software development and quality related areas;
  • Excellent knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture and project management standards and methodologies, esp. agile / scrum software development methodologies;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
