About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions to optimize operational processes.
- Build and enhance end-to-end AI solutions.
- Utilize Generative AI, LLMs and AI copilots for innovative business applications.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases together with stakeholders.
- Ensure governance and data protection requirements in accordance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure).
- Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
