About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer telephone customer inquiries regarding roadside assistance, towing services and rental car arrangements
- Coordinate assistance measures for international customers
- Communicate with insurers, partners and service providers
- Process invoices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer service (not mandatory)
- Experience in hospitality/food service, tourism, the automotive industry or call centers
- Willingness to travel to Rostock for onboarding and team events
- Enjoys speaking on the phone and helping people
- Organizational skills, reliability and a team-player mentality
- Excellent German language skills
- Fluent English (B2 level)
