About the role

Requirements
- Degree in teacher education for vocational schools in social pedagogy, or a Diploma/Master/Magister in Pedagogy/Social Pedagogy/Educational Sciences, or a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy/Social Pedagogy/Educational Sciences with willingness to complete a part-time Master’s in social pedagogy alongside work
- Professional experience in child and youth services or youth work institutions
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work well in a team
