About the role
- You teach learning content in a practical and engaging way.
- You prepare your lessons before class and follow them up afterward.
- You serve as a point of contact for our pupils/students, providing guidance and support.
- You actively participate in shaping the examination processes.
Requirements
- Teaching qualification for vocational schools in social pedagogy, or a Diploma/Master/Magister in Pedagogy, English, or Sports Science, or a Bachelor’s degree in English, Sports Science, or Pedagogy with the willingness to complete a part-time Master’s in Social Pedagogy alongside work.
- Professional experience in adult education.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a team.
