About the role

Requirements

  • Completed teacher training for vocational schools in social pedagogy, or a Diploma/Master's/Magister in Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy or Educational Sciences, or a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy or Educational Sciences with a willingness to complete a part-time (work-accompanying) Master's in Social Pedagogy.
  • Professional experience in child and youth work settings.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to work well in a team.
