About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations.
  • Develop and support growth-related initiatives, experiments, and internal tools.
  • Design measurement systems and analytics architecture, not just implement tracking requirements.
  • Work across multiple systems and technologies to solve business and product challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with product, growth, and leadership stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Design and improve analytics, tracking, and measurement systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and services such as Stripe, analytics tools, and external APIs.
  • Contribute to architectural and technical decisions with a pragmatic and scalable mindset.
  • Operate effectively in an environment with evolving priorities and limited structure.
  • Take ownership of initiatives from discovery through implementation and iteration.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, tooling, and system efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
  • An architect mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and make pragmatic trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend technologies.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
  • Experience designing analytics and measurement systems from scratch, including event taxonomy, instrumentation strategy, attribution, and data pipelines.
  • Exposure to growth, analytics, or experimentation environments.
  • Experience with tools and concepts related to tracking, analytics, and measurement architecture, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous technical challenges independently.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and business contexts.
  • Experience working in a startup, high-growth, or fast-paced environment is highly valued.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable balancing technical depth with business impact and execution speed.
  • Nice to have: Experience building or supporting experimentation frameworks and growth systems.
  • Familiarity with payment systems and integrations such as Stripe.
  • Experience designing scalable analytics or event-tracking architectures.
  • Previous experience as an early or foundational engineering hire.
  • Exposure to product-led growth or data-informed product development environments.
