About the role

  • You will be part of project-specific teams and independently manage essential and significant work packages
  • You will be responsible for conducting central evaluations and analyses
  • With the appropriate experience, you will also lead projects
  • You will collaborate with the team to develop ideas and solution approaches for our clients on planning, strategic and economic issues
  • You will prepare workshops and strategy retreats together with experienced consultants and either support or lead these events yourself
  • Together with the team, you will continuously develop up-to-date and optimized consulting solutions

Requirements

  • You have a degree in economics — ideally with a focus on hospital management or health economics
  • Ideally, you already have initial or demonstrable practical experience in a hospital or with a healthcare consulting firm
  • You enjoy working with people and with clients and like being on-site
  • You like working with data and have strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • You enjoy learning and bring a passion for digital solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is part of your everyday work
