About the role

Strategic and operational leadership of the new tax advisory business unit
Building an interdisciplinary team of tax advisors, tax specialists and other professionals
Developing a strategy to increase visibility and reach in the new market segment
Responsible for expanding the service portfolio — with a particular focus on SMEs, inbound business and the ETL systems business
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and leveraging the resources and networks within the ETL Group
Shaping and implementing digital, technical and business-related developments

Qualified tax advisor (Steuerberater) — ideally with initial professional experience
Proven strategic experience within a firm environment (e.g., tax or accounting practice)
Solid knowledge of tax law and practical experience in tax advisory
Affinity for digital processes, IT tools and a good sense for the opportunities presented by modern technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence)
Structured, forward-thinking and proactively acting personality with strong communication skills
