About the role
- Audit and preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), taking into account industry-specific aspects of the healthcare and social services sector, including funding and special audits (primary focus), as well as audits of public enterprises and administrative bodies
- Leading an on-site audit team
- Advisory projects in the healthcare and social services sector
- Compliance with and, where appropriate, further development of the company's internal quality assurance system
- Gradual assumption of internal leadership responsibilities up to independent client engagement management
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree with relevant focus areas (college/university) or a degree in health and social care management
- Relevant professional experience in statutory auditing, preferably with additional qualifications or professional examinations
- Strong analytical thinking, goal-oriented approach and a high level of commitment
- As a team player you demonstrate a confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Motivation to develop further both professionally and personally within a committed team
