About the role
- Work as part of project-specific teams and independently handle essential and significant subareas
- Independently perform central evaluations and analyses
- Lead projects when you have the appropriate experience
- Develop ideas and solution approaches for clients in planning, strategy and economic/business areas
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and strategy retreats
- Continuously develop up-to-date and optimized consulting solutions
Requirements
- University degree in Business/Economics — ideally with a focus on Hospital Management or Health Economics
- Preferably initial or demonstrable practical experience in a hospital or in a healthcare consulting firm
- Enjoy working with people and clients
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Passion for digital solutions
- Experience using MS Office applications
