About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the successful delivery and real-world impact of Palantir Foundry for clients
Deeply understand clients’ most critical operational problems and translate those needs into workflows
Work closely with client teams across the organization to understand decision-making processes
Guide deployments from early problem framing through execution, ensuring solutions are adopted, trusted, and impactful
Engage with stakeholders through workshops and interviews to understand business processes and goals
Develop capabilities that deliver impact by determining how Foundry can be implemented against business problems
Oversee the governance framework for deployments
Drive user adoption through training and sustained partnership with end users
Surface insights from the field to provide recommendations on practices
Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding geographies

Requirements

What you’ll need

A strong understanding of software and data concepts
Ability to write code that works, architect solutions, and solve technical problems alongside Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs)
Ability to think strategically about client challenges and develop innovative solutions
Understanding of business principles and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven project management skills, including experience developing and executing project plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
