About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

own the technical success of mission-critical Palantir engagements
set the architectural direction on your primary account
write production code alongside your team
provide technical oversight across additional engagements
translate ambiguous business problems into pragmatic Foundry/AIP solutions
raise the bar on delivery quality by mentoring FDEs
codify best practices and serve as the technical escalation point
build trusted relationships with client executives
scope new opportunities and lead architecture reviews
deploy, configure, customize, and maintain production applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of professional experience delivering software or data solutions
demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineers on technical projects
comfort owning the architectural and delivery health of more than one engagement at a time
ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
strong problem-solving and analytical skills
excellent written and verbal communication
deep understanding of data engineering principles and software architecture
strong hands-on proficiency in Python and TypeScript
experience delivering production solutions on complex enterprise data at scale
adaptability and comfort with ambiguity while working on mission critical projects
a post-secondary or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field (preferred)
