Product portfolio management: Responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including identifying market requirements, leading development projects, product launches and assortment changes
Product launches: Originator of new product ideas as well as planning and coordinating introductions in collaboration with the development department
Portfolio coordination: Coordination of the product portfolio and price management across five countries within a matrix organization
Strategic analyses: Conduct comprehensive market and product analyses
Process optimization: Improve product management processes in close cooperation with the team and other departments
Product training: Communicate product benefits and inspire employees and customers
Requirements
Strong technical background
Several years of experience in product management and assortment development, preferably in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) or sanitary sectors
Excellent German and English skills
Strong market affinity and customer understanding
Independent, structured working style and high personal responsibility
Excellent communication skills and a high level of enthusiasm
