About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate and oversee large construction projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Prepare tender documents and quotations.
- Manage a team of planners.
Requirements
- Education in electrical engineering, ideally complemented by a Federal Diploma in Project Management.
- Strong professional experience in technical project management.
- Proven experience with public procurement and administrative procedures.
- Ability to lead a team, communicate openly, and take responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build consensus and negotiate.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
