About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure coordination and oversight of large construction projects, meeting established deadlines and budgets.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Prepare tender documents and quotations.
- Manage the administrative and financial aspects of projects.
Requirements
- Training in electrical trades or engineering; a Swiss federal diploma or federal master craftsman certification is an advantage.
- Professional experience in technical and financial management of large projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen; ability to maintain impeccable client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, especially in pursuing new contracts.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
