About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the operations of 22 retail locations (company-owned and affiliated)
- Implement the brand's policies with store managers to optimize sales performance
- Recruit and develop teams through training, performance evaluations, and by organizing their responsibilities
- Analyze sales results, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar multi-site retail management role
- Strong managerial and commercial skills
- Strong product awareness and affinity
- Fluent in English
