About the role
- Own the product vision and roadmap for esurance's Organisation Data & Analytics services
- Translate business needs and user insights into clear, prioritised epics and user stories
- Lead the integration roadmap for key systems including CRM (BSI), Adcubum Syrius, and Sobrado
- Make outcome-oriented, data-driven product decisions aligned with esurance's platform vision and UX standards
- Track and manage OKRs and budgets
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience owning digital, software-intensive products
- Fluent German and eligibility to work in Switzerland
- Comfortable working at the intersection of technical complexity and business outcome
- You don’t need to code, but you understand APIs, data flows, and microservice architecture well enough to lead confidently
