About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- JIRA administration (SaaS & Data Center)
- Configure and streamline workflows, fields, and schemes
- Manage users, groups, and permissions
- Create and optimize dashboards and filters
- Manage Atlassian plugins/apps
- Provide multi-level support for incidents, requests, and issues
- Monitor performance, availability, and overall health of instances
- Coordinate with internal teams and Atlassian
- Produce technical and functional documentation
- Integrate JIRA with external systems (GitLab, Xurrent...)
- Develop and maintain connectors (REST APIs, webhooks, scripts)
- Automate using JIRA Automation, scripts, or DevOps pipelines
- Contribute to the evolution of the DevSecOps platform
- Methodology awareness (Scrum Master)
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering
- French: fluent (C2); English: professional working proficiency (B2–C1)
- 5–8 years of experience in JIRA/Atlassian administration in production environments
- Proven experience implementing JIRA SaaS for agile organizations
- Prior experience in multi-team environments (Dev, SRE, DevOps, Product, Data...)
- Experience in change management and user training
- Preferred certifications: Atlassian Certified Expert, Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), or Product Owner / SAFe Agilist
