About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Senior QA Lead you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive test coverage for the issuing scope: card management, self-care, authorization, tokenization
Drive quality across the functional issuing scope and ensure the defined quality levels are achieved
Define, deploy and maintain the test strategy for your area
Ensure consistency with Estreem's test policy and the Estreem Platform One test strategy
Define the test plan associated with your area (functional, non-functional, regression)
Ensure alignment between delivery increments and quality objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in a technical or business field, or equivalent from a specialized school
8 to 10 years of experience in software quality management and in leading test strategies in agile and technical environments
Minimum 5 years' experience overall, including at least 3 years in payments or fintech, ideally with experience in card processing
Strong experience working in cross-functional environments, with a proven ability to mobilize and influence teams through impact and collaboration
Fluent French (C2), Professional English (B2–C1)
