About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the development of platform enhancements (definition and management of the functional, technical and regulatory roadmap, as well as platform maintenance)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage the ECIS program end-to-end
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with partner institutions
  • Coordinate and prioritize the work of Software Engineering teams
  • Provide line management for a dedicated team of 5 to 10 people

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, computer science or a related field
  • Fluent French (C2), professional working proficiency in English (B2–C1)
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT project management within a critical production/service context
  • Proven experience leading high-stakes programs or cross-functional projects
  • Proven experience in people management
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-level client relationships
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive situations (e.g., major incidents, client escalation handling)
  • Specialization in information systems, payments, or complex project management is a plus
