About the role
- Responsible for ensuring adequate test coverage of the Estreem One platform
- Lead quality across the functional scope covering issuance, dispute capture/handling and settlement/compensation
- Ensure achievement of quality levels defined by Estreem's testing policy and the Estreem Platform One testing strategy
- Coordinate QA activities
- Ensure consistency of quality practices
- Ensure adequate test coverage for your scope
- Facilitate workshops, quality committees and governance bodies
- Produce clear, concise, decision-oriented reports
- Support the standardization of QA best practices
- Define and monitor quality KPIs and risk levels for your scope
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in a technical or business field, or equivalent from a specialized institution
- 8 to 10 years' experience in software quality management and leading test strategies in agile, technical environments
- At least 5 years' experience, including a minimum of 3 years in payments or fintech, ideally with card processing experience
- Proven experience working in cross-functional environments, with a demonstrated ability to mobilize and influence teams through impact and collaboration
- Native/Fluent French (C2); Professional English (B2–C1)
