About the role

  • As a Senior QA Lead you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive test coverage related to the acquisition scope
  • Drive quality across the functional area of acquisition
  • Ensure achievement of the quality levels defined by Estreem's test policy and the Estreem Platform One test strategy within your scope
  • Coordinate QA activities across multiple squads
  • Produce clear, concise, decision-oriented reports
  • Monitor and follow up on cross-squad test planning
  • Promote a quality culture within the squads and ensure the application of best practices (shift left, Tres Amigos, example mapping, automation)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in a technical or business field, or equivalent from a specialized school
  • 8–10 years of experience in software quality management and in leading test strategies within agile and technical environments
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in payments or fintech, ideally with experience in acquisition
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional environments, with a demonstrated ability to mobilize and influence teams through impact and collaboration
  • Fluent French (C2), Professional English (B2–C1)
