About the role

  • As QA Practice & Tools Manager, you will be responsible for defining, structuring and industrializing quality engineering practices within Estreem.
  • Define best practices for quality engineering
  • Document the quality methodology framework (processes, practices, DoR, DoD, quality gates, etc.)
  • Define testing standards by level: unit, component integration, system integration, system, UAT, performance, security
  • Structure the target test pyramid and the test granularity
  • Implement a Shift Left / Shift Right strategy
  • Define an automation strategy aligned with ROI and the product roadmap
  • Select and rationalize tools (test management, frameworks, etc.)
  • Ensure CI/CD consistency in line with software quality objectives
  • Standardize and industrialize testing practices
  • Define quality KPIs
  • Build a consolidated platform-level quality dashboard
  • Recruit and manage your team
  • Lead the QA practice
  • Integrate generative AI into testing processes

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a technical or business specialization, or an equivalent qualification from a specialized school
  • 10+ years of experience in software quality management and in implementing testing methodologies and tooling in accordance with ISTQB
  • Proven experience in structuring and developing a methods and tools practice
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional environments, with a proven ability to mobilize and influence teams through impact and collaboration
  • Experience in a SaaS/platform environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of payments/monetics or fintech is a plus
  • Fluent in French (C2), professional working proficiency in English (B2–C1)
