About the role
- Responsible for leading the infrastructure center of excellence covering public and private clouds as well as on-premises datacenters
- Implement and deploy SRE practices (definition of SLOs, reduction of toil, automation, release management)
- Enable proactive monitoring, an effective on-call organization, and in-depth incident diagnosis
- Contribute to the reliability and performance of cross-cutting managed infrastructures
- Manage and support SRE engineers and tech leads: define team objectives
- Establish a culture of post-mortems, engineering best practices, and operational excellence
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of core systems
- Lead the management of major platform incidents
- Work closely with Product teams, application domains, Development, Industrialization and Quality, Operations, and Security & Risk teams.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master’s in Computer Science
- At least 10 years of proven experience in managerial roles
- Fluent French (C2), professional working proficiency in English (B2–C1)
- Proven expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and in managing core infrastructure (cloud, datacenters, networking, security, CI/CD)
- Strong experience in platform architecture, capacity planning, and performance engineering
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and certification frameworks (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Experience in operational governance and incident management in large-scale, critical environments
- Demonstrated ability to ensure resilience, continuity of service, and audit readiness of systems and services.
