About the role
- As part of the DevSecOps team, you will play a central role in structuring, industrializing, and evolving our CI/CD practices.
- Design, automate, and harden delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with SRE, Development, Integration, Architecture, and Security teams.
- Contribute to discussions and decisions to build a state-of-the-art CI/CD pipeline on GitLab.
- Improve the Developer Experience (DevEx): standardization, templates, onboarding, documentation, and self-service.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins
- Advanced, operational expertise in GitLab CI
- Deep knowledge of quality gates, promotion strategies, and branching models
- SRE mindset: observability, reliability, performance, and monitoring
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm…)
- Fluent French (C2), Professional English (B2–C1)
