About the role

  • As the Tech Lead of the squad, play a key role in aligning technical decisions with the product vision.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of delivered solutions while adhering to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Support developers and QA on a day-to-day basis by establishing a clear and motivating framework.
  • Make key technical decisions and arbitrate trade-offs between performance, scalability and delivery timelines.
  • Deploy and enforce DevSecOps practices.
  • Work closely with Engineering Managers and Service Operations Managers (SOMs).
  • Contribute to release planning and agile ceremonies.
  • Promote automation, documentation and testing best practices to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
  • Manage the squad’s developers and QA automation engineers.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including proven experience as a Team Lead
  • Fluent French (C2), professional proficiency in English (B2–C1)
  • Strong command of software architecture, development frameworks and engineering best practices
  • Expertise in backend and frontend technologies, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
  • Solid observability culture (monitoring, alerting) and awareness of system reliability challenges
  • Ability to validate the technical feasibility of the product roadmap from design through production
  • Experience coordinating across squads and managing incidents in production environments
