About the role

  • Play a key role in aligning technical decisions with the product vision.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of delivered solutions.
  • Support developers and QA engineers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Lead software design, development, and code reviews.
  • Make key technical decisions and balance trade-offs between performance, scalability, and delivery timelines.
  • Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Service Operations Managers (SOMs).
  • Promote automation, documentation, and testing best practices.
  • Manage developers and QA automation engineers within the squad.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Bac+5)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including proven experience as a Team Lead.
  • French: fluent (C2); English: professional working proficiency (B2–C1).
  • Strong expertise in software architecture, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience with backend and frontend technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Good knowledge of observability (monitoring, alerting) and system reliability concerns.
  • Ability to validate the technical feasibility of the product roadmap from design through production.
  • Experience coordinating across squads and managing incidents in production environments.
