About the role

  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability in accordance with SLOs/SLAs
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure/application management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Manage incidents: analyze root causes, implement corrective actions, and anticipate and prevent future incidents
  • Define, develop, and implement security policies and solutions (IAM, ACL management, firewalls, VPN, IPsec, etc.)
  • Document architectures and procedures, and contribute to Operational Readiness Reviews
  • Collaborate with development, production, security, and architecture teams
  • Build observability dashboards (performance, security, availability)
  • Ensure compliance with standards and frameworks such as PCI-DSS, DORA, ISO 27001, and IBM FS Cloud

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Master’s in Computer Science
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in systems engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps
  • Fluent French (C2) and English (C2)
  • Languages/Tools: Terraform, Python, Bash, Helm, Ansible
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
  • Security: strong cybersecurity practices, familiarity with OWASP guidelines and SAST/DAST testing, and ACL management
  • Cloud: cloud experience, preferably IBM Cloud (VPC, OpenShift, IAM, HPCS, Monitoring, Logging, Secrets Manager, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in distributed environments
