About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and grow relationships with key business accounts, including pharmacies, wellness clinics, salons, gyms, and retail outlets
Identify, prospect, and onboard new business opportunities across the island
Conduct regular store visits, deliver engaging sales presentations, and facilitate product training sessions
Organize and support community events, health seminars, and product showcases to promote brand awareness
Drive consistent monthly sales growth and exceed revenue targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years sales experience (healthcare, wellness, or FMCG sectors preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Strong understanding of Bermuda’s retail or health sector is an advantage
Must be Bermuda-based or eligible to work in Bermuda.
