About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Scala and Python
- Design, implement, and scale AI-powered features across the platform
- Integrate internal and external AI services via APIs (including LLMs and similar AI platforms)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of backend architecture and AI capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong commercial experience with Scala in production environments
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Senior-level understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with AI-based transcription solutions or similar AI models
- Knowledge of ElasticSearch
- Experience integrating AI services through APIs
- Experience with PHP development
- Familiarity with public cloud AI services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
