About the role

Support on M&A and financing mandates in the renewable energy sector across Europe – from analysis to closing
Financial modelling and valuation of companies and projects (integrated models, sensitivities, scenarios)
Preparation of teasers, information memoranda and decision papers for investors and lenders
Analysis of transaction, financing and due diligence documents
Market and company analyses and direct collaboration with experienced deal leads and clients on live transactions

Completed degree or final year student
Initial relevant internships or professional experience in M&A, corporate finance or financial modelling
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, corporate finance or project finance as an Associate
Ideally first experience handling independent work packages in transactions
Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
Strong skills in financial modelling; programming skills are an advantage
Excellent analytical skills, numerical proficiency, and a structured, precise working style
Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
