About the role
- Advise and support the development of data platforms
- Design and implement Data Lakes, Data Warehouses/Lakehouses
- Work with ELT processes, streaming analytics, and MLOps
- Cloud-based data engineering
- Work independently within a team and share knowledge
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field
- Several years of practical experience in Data Engineering (building ELT pipelines, data warehousing, streaming analytics)
- Experience with data services on one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks (e.g., Terraform)
- Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning is a plus
- Experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing
- Strong affinity for modern IT technologies
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
