About the role
- Manage interactions with our online community
- Daily management of our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Develop content strategies to increase community engagement
- Moderate user comments and messages
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to align community efforts with the company’s overall objectives
- Manage targeted advertising campaigns to reach new audiences.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Chinese required
- Experience managing community on social media platforms
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and community management tools
- Excellent written communication and public relations skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and current content trends
- Experience with data analysis and performance optimization.
