Key responsibilities & impact

Development of new modules and features for our schools
Analysis and enhancement of existing modules with partly complex, historically grown (legacy) structures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the codebase — from implementing your own ideas to targeted refactorings and structural improvements
Actively consider topics such as security, data integrity, and complex access control concepts
Work on setup, build, and deployment matters for our development and production environments
You routinely use modern AI tools to efficiently support development processes and deliver better solutions
Close collaboration with UI/UX designers and project managers — feedback is direct and decision paths are short
Fullstack development of modern web applications — backend with PHP, frontend with Vue.js and TypeScript

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fullstack developer with professional experience in web development
Independent, structured working style — you can prioritize tasks and keep multiple projects under control
Strong communication skills — you work closely with designers, project managers, and developers
Passion for programming and openness to new technologies
Confident handling of Docker, Unix systems, and scripting
Advantageous: knowledge of TypeScript, PHP and other languages in our stack
