About the role

  • You will take the lead on the relaunch of our application and develop UI/UX concepts that you align with our team.
  • You write code for the frontend.
  • You illustrate your ideas using wireframes.
  • As a frontend specialist you are the primary point of contact for UI/UX topics in client projects.
  • As a member of an agile team you actively contribute to the Scrum process and accompany all phases from planning to retrospective.
  • Together with the team you take responsibility for iterations following the principle “You build it, you run it!”
  • You keep an eye on current trends and stay up to date.
  • New ideas and approaches are always welcome.

Requirements

  • You have a completed degree or vocational qualification in (business or media) computer science, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have gained diverse project experience in user interface development and embrace a human-centered development process.
  • You have excellent programming skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • You also have project experience with frameworks such as Angular, Vue or React.
  • Ideally you are proficient with wireframing tools (e.g. Adobe XD).
  • Familiarity with test automation (e.g. Cypress) is a plus.
  • You enjoy working in a team and appreciate a friendly and respectful working atmosphere.
  • You enjoy collaborating with backend developers, designers, project managers and clients.
  • You love sharing your knowledge and learning new things.
  • You like designing and contributing your own ideas and experience.
  • You have very good German language skills (C1) and (very) good English skills.
