About the role
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth
- Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media companies, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored, scalable solutions
- Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape, offering consultative advice to clients
- Provide regular forecasts of your sales activities and performance, keeping the regional sales lead informed on progress toward goals
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business leads
- Plan and execute regional travel to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts
Requirements
- Established relationships with agencies and clients in your home market and/or dedicated region
- Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal
- Self-Motivated: A driven individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions for clients
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to view the big picture and make decisions that contribute to long-term success
- Strong skills in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures
