About the role
- Editing and preparing short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikTok clips, YouTube Shorts)
- Finalizing social media content (fine editing, subtitles, format/ratio adjustments)
- Assisting in the development of new content ideas and hooks to boost reach
- Visually implementing strategies to strengthen our online presence
- Working independently with feedback loops involving the team
Requirements
- Creative understanding of social media, trends & visual storytelling
- Some experience in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and implement content tailored to the target audience
- Structured and reliable work style
- Openness to feedback and motivation to continuously improve
