About the role
- Sell complex MACS waste treatment systems
- Manage international customer projects from first contact to investment decision
- Support development and management of international customer relationships
- Contribute to sales projects across the full sales cycle, including technical clarification, commercial alignment, and closing
- Assist in translating customer needs into technical and commercial MACS solutions
- Learn to communicate the benefits of MACS systems
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Service, and Marketing
- Support and collaborate with distributors and sales partners
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Additional language required: Spanish, French or Italian
- Strong interest in technical, explanation-intensive products and solutions
- Solid understanding of commercial contexts and customer needs
- Structured and reliable way of working
- High willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Initial experience in sales, project work or customer-facing roles (nice-to-have)
- Experience in industrial, technical or solution-oriented environments (nice-to-have)
- Experience in waste, recycling, environmental or disposal technologies (nice-to-have)
- Experience working with distributors or sales partners (nice-to-have)
