About the role

  • Develop and manage international customer relationships
  • Lead sales projects end-to-end: technical clarification, commercial alignment, closing
  • Translate customer needs into viable technical and commercial MACS solutions
  • Clearly communicate the technical, economic and environmental benefits of MACS systems
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Service and Marketing

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience in technical / solution sales, preferably international
  • Strong ability to sell explanation-intensive industrial systems
  • Fluent English; confident in technical and commercial negotiations
  • Structured, self-driven and reliable working style
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Comfortable in international, cross-cultural environments
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in waste, recycling, environmental or disposal technologies
  • Additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Italian)
