About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support delivery of ERM projects by managing multiple tasks and building effective working relationships across technical communities
- Design and implement site investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling and high-resolution site characterization
- Assist in remedial design, conceptual site model (CSM) development, proposal preparation, and technical report writing
- Participate in remediation projects, including planning, monitoring, and execution of remedial activities
- Maintain health and safety standards during fieldwork and project execution
- Coordinate field activities and manage subcontractors during site operations
- Contribute to project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geosciences, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
- 1–3 years of professional experience in contaminated site investigation and remediation projects
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements on work sites
- Hands-on fieldwork experience in soil sampling, groundwater sampling, and site characterization
- Proven report writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to manage field activities and coordinate subcontractors effectively
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, handle multiple assignments, and meet strict deadlines
