About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support delivery of ERM projects by managing multiple tasks and building effective working relationships across technical communities
  • Design and implement site investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling and high-resolution site characterization
  • Assist in remedial design, conceptual site model (CSM) development, proposal preparation, and technical report writing
  • Participate in remediation projects, including planning, monitoring, and execution of remedial activities
  • Maintain health and safety standards during fieldwork and project execution
  • Coordinate field activities and manage subcontractors during site operations
  • Contribute to project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geosciences, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in contaminated site investigation and remediation projects
  • Strong understanding of health and safety requirements on work sites
  • Hands-on fieldwork experience in soil sampling, groundwater sampling, and site characterization
  • Proven report writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage field activities and coordinate subcontractors effectively
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, handle multiple assignments, and meet strict deadlines
