• Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies.
• Own and prioritize the Sales Cloud backlog, working with business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Oversee sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of features and resolution of blockers.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Review designs and provide technical guidance.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Sales Cloud initiatives. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with integration leaders to guarantee effective governance and management of integrations, including NZC and MCAE.
